Want to get stronger? Need motivation to exercise? MoveStrong for Life is for you! This 8 week class that begins on April 1, will have you moving strong in no time. Enjoy trail time for walking and strength training with two fitness professionals who have a combined 40+ years of experience.
MoveStrong for Life is in it's 9th Season! Won't you join us to find out what all the fun is about? No matter your level of exercise, you will find a home in MoveStrong for Life.
Class meets every Monday and Wednesday night at 6pm for 8 weeks. The dates are as follows:
April 1, 3, 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, 24, 29
May 1, 6, 8, 13, 15, 20, 22

Event details and schedule
Class is held at Lake Accotink's North Entrance off of Heming Avenue. Please bring a yoga mat or towel and a water bottle to the first class. No equipment necessary.
Class meets every Monday and Wednesday night at 6pm for 8 weeks. The dates are as follows:
April 1, 3, 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, 24, 29
May 1, 6, 8, 13, 15, 20, 22
You will receive an email each week from your coaches. Class takes place every Monday and Wednesday for 8 weeks unless severe weather is in the forecast. We do workout in the rain! If we need to cancel class due to severe weather, we will email by 4:30pm on the day of class. If you can not attend class one evening, please do email your coaches.
