Join Willamalane outdoors at Jasper Road Trailhead to participate in the 2024 Lane County City Nature Challenge. This challenge is a BioBlitz where cities around the world collaborate to share observations of wild plants and animals. Attend this free program to learn from the Willamalane Natural Resources Department, explore the natural area, and contribute to science.Please meet at the Jasper Trailhead located at 3200 Jasper Rd, Springfield, OR 97478
Materials needed: Outdoor and weather-appropriate clothing, footwear for walking off-trail, and water. A smartphone is useful for uploading your observations. Before the program, it is recommended you download the iNaturalist app and become familiar with how to use it.
