PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: We ask that all registration & email forms be completed a minimum of 48hours before the desired start date as it takes our small team time to place product orders, communicate with ski instructors, and work out logistics. The ski lesson runs from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and is given by a professional ski instructor trained by both Aspen Skiing Company and Ascendigo Autism Services. **** LIFT TICKETS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN LESSON PRICES**** Due to more lesson demand than donated tickets by Aspen Skiing Company, we ask that families consider purchasing their own lift tickets. However, if you are not in a financial position to do so, we will provide tickets for the person registered in an Ascendigo lesson free of charge. Simply indicate if you would like the skier's ticket included on the next page by adding lift tickets (1 per day), or requesting that the tickets are donated to you. *** RENTAL GEAR IS NOT INCLUDED, BUT WE CAN OFFER DISCOUNTS*** Ascendigo is providing a 40% discount for rental gear at Four Mountain Sports shop. Instructions for equipment rental will be listed in the confirmation email. Buttermilk Mountain or Snowmass Mountain are HIGHLY recommended for Level 1 and Level 2 ski/snowboard participants. You may request a Ski Instructor by name, but we cannot guarantee that the request will be fulfilled due to the instructor's availability. If your preferred instructor is not available, we will match your athlete with an available instructor. Ski Buddies are recommended for athletes that exhibit significant challenging behaviors. On the next page, under the merchandise items, please add "Extra Buddy Support" if your participant will do better with a 2:1 ratio. Ascendigo reserves the right to require an additional ski buddy at the family's expense if one is needed for the safety of the skier, staff, or general public. *PROCESSED PAYMENT DOES NOT GUARANTEE AVAILABILITY - IF UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE DATES, WE WILL REFUND IN FULL.
