Focus is on essentials of the yoga practice with a gentle approach based on skillful alignment, breath, building core strength and increasing flexibility. Beginner friendly; also perfect for continuing students. Deepen your work in foundational yoga postures while linking breath, awareness and movement from a place of stability.
