Description
A one hour class including Cardio and Strength Training portions. Each class will be broken down into five segments: Warm Up (including stretch), Work, Cool-Down, Final Stretch and Relaxation. Within the Work segment, alternate cardio and strength training blocks will be offered. Each segment will offer varying levels of exertion, to permit those just starting out through those looking for a more vigorous session to experience the appropriate challenge.
