Description
Energize your body and mind with this total body workout. Improve your cardiovascular system with gentle aerobic exercise and muscular strength using light hand weights and your own body weight as resistance. Improve posture and balance. Cool down with gentle stretching and deep breathing. Working out in your comfort zone is encouraged.
