This activity is closed to further registration.
Take time to rest and recharge as a team of Spring Valley wellness practitioners guide you through a series of mindfulness tools. Explore forest therapy, yoga, breathwork and mindful eating among other healing practices. Hosted at Merkle Cabin, activities will be held both indoors and outdoors. A light breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack are included. Parking is available at Merkle Cabin.
