Forest Therapy is a research-based framework for supporting healing and wellness through immersion in forests and other natural environments. Often translated as “forest bathing,” it is rooted in the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku. Your guide, trained by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides, will lead you through a series of gentle invitations that will help you find a deeper connection with the natural world. Parking is available at Merkle Cabin.
