Head down to Dixie with us as we sample southern hospitality, culture, and scenic areas. Our stops will include Brown County State Park in Indiana, Mammoth Cave National Park in Kentucky, and then down to Nashville. While in Nashville, we’ll visit the famous Ryman Auditorium, the former home of the Grand Ole Opry, as well as Andrew Jackson’s Hermitage and the Belle Meade Historic Site & Winery. On our journey back north, we’ll meander through the Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area and visit the 1850 Homeplace historic site. Our final day exploring will take us through the beautiful Shawnee Hills area of southern Illinois. Travel is by mini-bus and van, and lodging at comfortable hotels will be double occupancy, unless single occupancy is requested. All transportation, fees, lodging, breakfasts, and lunches included. Registration required by August 4 at 847-985-2100.
