Put on your adventure hat and explore a Florida mangrove forest lining beautiful Sarasota Bay! Participants will learn all about mangroves including how to identify them, the animals that call them home and why they are important. We will stroll through the mangroves and make our way to the bay to enjoy one of the most breathtaking views in Sarasota. Every participant, age 3 through adult must register. Seashore SEAfari does not include general admission to Mote Marine Laboratory. Guests who wish to tour the aquarium exhibits will need to purchase general admission tickets. Visit mote.org/visit for more information. Due to the popularity of these dates, it is highly recommended that you purchase tickets in advance should you wish to visit the Aquarium before/after your program(s). - This is an outdoor program - We highly recommend sun protection (sunglasses, hat, long sleeved sun shirt, sunscreen etc.) as well as comfy clothes and shoes for walking. - Reusable water bottle is recommended. - At least one paying adult chaperone is required for every 4 youth participants. All adults in attendance must be registered. Registration onsite is NOT available. - Price is per participant (all ages). This is NOT a drop-off program, parents/guardians must be paid registrants.
