Join the Zumba Craze and have fun while you dance to energetic music. This class is easily adapted for all fitness levels and will ensure a calorie burning workout. See why everyone's having fun with Zumba Gold. Classes are held Monday, Wednesday & Friday, except Monday, May 30th.
