New to yoga? This free class is the ideal introduction for beginning and intermediate yoga students. We will cover basic poses and breathing techniques, giving you a foundation to build your practice upon. You will learn safe alignment in a calm, relaxing environment. Yoga increases strength, flexibility, peace of mind and much more! Students are encouraged to wear loose clothing, bring a towel and yoga mat. This class is offered by Dignity health. No online registration is required for students to attend this class.
