Description
This class will teach the importance of understanding how to use the most important tool in the kitchen: your knives. Learn how to properly hold your knife while learning to use different cutting techniques such as Julienne, Batonette, Brunoise, Dice, and Chiffonade. Join our class and you will be able to take home a fresh fruit salad to show off your knife cutting skills to your friends and family.
