Kettlebell AMPD Unplugged is a great option for you! Using lightweight kettlebells combined with great music (60’s to 90’s Hits), it’s perfect for active older adults, those recovering from injury or anyone needing a lower impact workout! The workout can be done seated or with support from a chair.Location
