Description
This session is limited to 35 participants. This is a graceful exercise using slow circular movements and deep breathing. Tai Chi is great in helping the body improve strength and balance while relieving stress. The session will work on refining tai chi forms already learned from previous sessions: 24 form, 37 form, 32 sword, 42 sword, and tai chi kung fu fan.
Session will be held outside in the courtyard. Participants are encouraged to (1) wear something loose to allow easy movement, (2) bring head gear to shield from the sun, and (3) bring liquid for hydration.
