Description
Enhance your body and mind with Yuan Ji Dance classical movements. Including a mixture of martial arts, physical therapy, meditation, dance and qigong exercise. Come get your body moving while you learn this unique and beautiful style of dance. This multicultural dance promotes health and well-being for all.
