Description
A class focused on mind and body wellness. First hour will be fitness exercises to build strength, mobility and flexibility with a focus on range of motion (ROM) and self-healing with Grand Master Ta Anh-Dung. Followed by an hour of fun dancercise/line dancing with dance instructor Lisa Dieu Hien Trinh. Bring yoga mat, towel and water bottle. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Register in-person and online.
