Supply fee for this cohort: $20 Session 1 - Baking Cookies This week, students will learn to make and bake several different kinds of cookies. We will lean the basic principles of baking such as timing, ingredient substitutions, and how to change a recipe to achieve a different result in the cookie. Students will work together in teams to create their cookie masterpieces. Session 2 - Electronics The field of electronics is a branch of physics and electrical engineering. In this class you will learn to solder and identify electronic components while building a take home project with the skills you learn.
