This walking program is designed to enhance health through walking exercises and social camaraderie for older adults that enjoy being a part of a walking group. On any weekday morning, these group members will walk a path around the park and keep track of their daily steps. We'll document their progress on a chart, and discuss the groups progress every 2nd Friday of each month during a South Bay Blazing Turtles Walking Group monthly meeting.
Please bring lots of water!
