Description
Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator, Kristin Berkery, will help participants learn what's needed to have the best birth experience. After taking this 3-session course, participants will know pregnancy anatomy, what to expect during and after birth, how to write a birth plan, understand medical interventions, learn labor comfort techniques, early newborn care, introduction to breastfeeding, and planning for return to work. Attendees are encouraged to begin the class no later then their 32nd week of pregnancy, and to bring their partner or birth support person to each class.
