Description
Chair yoga focuses on improving flexibility, balance, and ease in movement. During this 75-minute class, we use yoga and qi gong movements, breath, and meditation to align the body, mind, and spirit. Participants should have a stable chair and yoga mat. Class is taught via Zoom.
