Tai Chi is an Internal Martial Art that uses the body's own energy to protect and heal itself. It is taught in slow, health promoting movements which are accessible to people of many different ages and abilities. Your instructor is George Bonilla, eldest brother of the Tong Xing Tai Chi Note: No class on 7/4 and 8/1.

Refunds: Full refunds will be issued for cancelled events and/or classes only. Credits and transfers will be allowed if the PRCSD is notified prior to the second class meeting. Due to limited space and high demand, no refunds, credits or transfers will be given for Aquatics, Day Camps, or After-School Programs.
