Description
Ice skating is for the kid in all of us. The Adult curriculum is designed for both beginning and experienced skaters who wish to improve their skills. Participation in the program will help promote physical fitness and improve balance and coordination while teaching proper skating techniques. This is an exciting program for people who look to skating as an enjoyable part of a fit and healthy lifestyle. This is a work at your own pace class and instructors will teach proper techniques at the rate of each individual adult athlete. Skates will be provided.
Note: A helmet and other protective gear is recommended but not required. Skaters should dress warm and bring gloves. Please arrive 30 minutes early on the first day of class.
