Description
ZUMBA GOLD-is known for its zest latin music and high energy movements/routines in a party atmosphere. The Gold part means classes are slightly lower intensity which allows you the freedom to move at your own pace. This exercise is a fun and effective way to get in shape while it feels like a party.
