Morning Yoga Flow Tuesdays 7:30-8:30AM Drop-in Class Evelyn Mount Northeast Community Center This class will be a gentle morning vinyasa flow suitable to those brand new to yoga as well as experienced practitioners and is intended to awaken the body and prepare for the day ahead. Vinyasa refers to the method of yoga of matching breath to movement and is a great way to calm the mind, experience a sense of flow, and create more ease and space in the body. This class will gently awaken the body and mind- starting with grounding meditation, incorporating sun salutations, standing and seated poses to strengthen and stretch the body, and ending with a moment of deep relaxation in savasana. Students can expect a welcoming atmosphere, clear instruction, pose variations, and modifications for all levels or needs.
