DROP IN CLASSGentle & easy, this class is a great way to strengthen, stretchand relax. You will learn and practice basic Yoga postures,relaxation & breathing techniques.
Pay for the series or $10 drop-in to the instructor. All drop-in participants must sign a waiver.
