Taught by Shaina Schwartz This class is designed for ANYONE who wants to move and groove in a low-impact class environment. Bring your walker, grab a chair, or use your cane as a prop, while we discover how movement can enhance your life! Swing to the tunes of the 40s and shake it to the soul of the 70s as we dance our way through the decades. All bodies can and should be dancing. All classes are held at The Rep Studios located at 2800 Lafayette Road in Portsmouth, NH. March 19th - May 21st $15/class
