Description
Swimmer 1 (6+ yrs) - Beginners become comfortable jumping into water with and without a personal flotation device. They open their eyes, exhale and hold their breath under water. They work on floats, glides and kicking on front and back.Swimmer 2 (6+ yrs) -Advanced beginners jump into chest deeper water, and become comfortable falling sideways into the water wearing a personal flotation device. Swimmers support themselves at the surface without an aid, recover an object in chest-deep water. Fitness swim 10-15m.
