Description
The Town of Saugeen Shores and the Saugeen Shores Lifesaving Club are hosting a Surf Invitational. The competition and events have been sanctioned by the Lifesaving Society. The competition will be using Ontario Competition Manual and ILS Manual for all events.
Events: Ocean man/woman(Senior)x 3, Iron Guard(Junior)x 3
Points will be awarded to the top 16 athletes in each individual event. Events will be combining male and females to create full heats or 16 for everyone.
Junior competitors shall be a member of a lifesaving club, Senior competitors shall hold a lifesaving award and be a member of a lifesaving club. Coaches must be confident in competitors fitness and skill to complete the course multiple times.
