Where: Wroubel Center & Sand Courts About: Students who attend this camp will work on all aspects of conditioning, including but not limited to speed training, agility, quickness, and anaerobic conditioning. This camp incorporates sprint mechanics and footwork as it relates to various cone, ladder, band and sprint drills, first step quickness and lateral movements. Students will be exposed to different resisted movements as well as basic agility and plyometrics. What to wear/bring: Athletic attire, shoes for indoor and outdoor, socks, water bottle, and a readiness to work hard. Please note our new cancellation policy. A 50% fee of the cost of the camp shall be applied to an individual who cancels.
