Designed to use the principals of Aikido, a Japanese martial art, to increase confidence, balance and body coordination. We will use a short staff or walking stick to help focus on stance and footwork. Learning individual training exercises will also work your memory. Students will increase their awareness in defensive situations in a safe learning environment. You will not be getting down on the floor.
