Description
This class is designed to improve daily life with the use of strength building, balance, range of motion, and flexibility exercises. This low impact class is designed for all fitness levels to be successful. Modifications will be provided to ensure maximum results. No equipment required, but students will need to be able to get up and down off the floor.
