Come join our special needs gymnastics class, as the instructor provides tools to train your mind, body and soul through aerobic and anaerobic balance. This class will give you a new outlook on exercising. Please bring a spiral notebook and pencil to take notes and document achievements.
This class is intended for individuals with special needs.
This session has had changes due to medical and scheduling conflicts. However, we would like to offer 2 classes for participant satisfaction. Reregistration is required, as well as payment.
