This activity is closed to further registration.
This class is designed to improve daily life by building overall strength, confidence in balance, and flexibility with low impact exercises for all fitness levels. Students will use a variety of equipment to challenge the body in different ways for maximum results. All fitness levels welcome. Modifications will be provided if needed.
No class March 12 & 14, 2024.
