Description
Bored with your current cardiovascular routine? This class will incorporate a variety of fat burning and muscle toning workouts, including step, high/low impact, kickboxing, Tai Chi, weight training, body sculpting, and abdominal exercises. Something new and exciting every time! Adjustable for all fitness levels.
