Description
Ages 55+
The instructor will lead the class through gentle yoga poses with breath work and meditation; including both mat and standing poses. Participants should wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
Resident 55+: FreeNon-Resident 55+ Senior Club Members: $25.00 beginning on May 20

Please note: All paid programs and activities are subject to a $2.75 fee when registering in-person. We only accept cash or check for in-person registrations. When registering online all paid programs and activities are subject to a convenience fee of 5.82%.
