Description
Ages 55+
Join our chair yoga class tailored for those aged 55 and above. Experience gentle stretches, breathing and relaxation techniques—all from the comfort of your seat. Designed to promote flexibility, balance, and inner calm, it's the perfect way to stay active and rejuvenated.
Residents 55+: FreeNon-Residents 55+ Senior Club Members: $25 beginning May 20

Please note: All paid programs and activities are subject to a $2.75 fee when registering in-person. We only accept cash or check for in-person registrations. When registering online all paid programs and activities are subject to a convenience fee of 5.82%.
