Join us as we delve into the boom years of the 1880s in New York City, a time when men with dreams built formidable fortunes. When ‘new money’ clashed with old for dominance of the vivid social scene.
Share your interest in the Russell’s, the Van Rhijn’s, the Scott’s, the Astor’s, and more as we discuss our mutual enjoyment of the HBO series “The Gilded Age”.
A delicious 3-course tea will be served, and the program will culminate in a guided tour of our beautiful Mansion.
If you so desire, dress in period attire. Prizes will be awarded for the best costumes!
Please contact us at 412-767-9200 prior to the tea regarding Mansion accessibility. This program is for ages 12 and up.
FYI: Guests are seated at tables of 6 persons. If you are purchasing less than 6 tickets, you will be seated with 'friends you haven't met yet'.
Cancellation Policy: We contact our caterer with a guest count 2 weeks prior to each tea. Due to the limited number of tickets we sell for each program, cancellations affect us significantly; therefore, we adhere to a strict no-refund policy. Tickets ARE transferable. Please contact the Mansion at 412-767-9200 if someone other than the original purchaser will be using the tickets. Thank you.
