Description
A wide variety of yoga postures that focus on gently opening the body, extending the muscles, relaxing tension and strengthening the core. This class is for participants of all levels, including beginners. Various levels are shown for everyone's ability in a non-competitive atmosphere. The finishing relaxation allows each participant to quietly reflect.
