About this event
The Grand Canyon University Women’s Rugby team offers a competitive program that reached new heights in 2018. GCU Women's Rugby not only prepares student-athletes for their future on and off the field but gives them a chance to compete for regional and national championships. The program’s goal is to cultivate an environment of camaraderie, hard work, fun, perseverance, teamwork, accountability and sportsmanship. The GCU Women’s Rugby team is built around the core values of passion, commitment, determination and love of a great sport. The coaching staff firmly believes that the lessons they learned from rugby built a foundation for growth throughout their personal and professional lives. This is what drives them to create an environment for GCU athletes to experience, learn from rugby and cultivate success and high performance on and off the field.
