About this event
GCU Women’s Club Basketball provides students with the opportunity to compete in collegiate-level basketball. The season consists of a 20-game schedule against in-state collegiate level programs, while vying for regional and national championships. GCU Women’s Club Basketball plays against local prep schools and nationally ranked post-graduate programs in the Arizona Women’s Basketball League (AWBL). In 2019-20, the Lopes steadily improved throughout the season, and placed second in the AWBL Championships. This tremendous experience is an opportunity for GCU students to build team skills and lifelong relationships.
