Description
This activity is closed to further registration.
Designed for individuals with disabilities, with the intent to introduce or improve basic sport skills or simply to provide a safe space to move and make new friends.
Seasons include exposure to a variety of sports that may be held indoors or out, depending on weather.

Class Requirements: Wear athletic clothes and closed toe shoes, bring a water bottle. A completed Therapeutic Recreation Assessment Form needs to be turned in to Heather prior to participation.
