In this class dancers will explore a variety of modern and contemporary movement. Dancers will begin with warmups, stretches, and conditioning exercises. Dancers will learn choreography and phrases in center and across the floor and adapt movement to fit their level and physical abilities.Level of Instruction: Beginner to Advanced
Skills Learned: Lyrical, contemporary, modern.
Equipment Needed: Dancewear or athletic clothing, and jazz shoes, “Foot Undeez,” or barefoot.Registration Requirements: Skip Dates: No classes week of July 1-July 6.
