Description
Capturing Your Legacy is a guided writing journey for adults who want to preserve their personal stories, memories and experiences in a meaningful and impactful way. This program provides a supportive environment where participants can explore life milestones, reflect on their values and create a legacy for future generations.
Level of Instruction: Beginner
Class Expectations:
- Weekly writing assignments tailored to inspire and guide participants.
- Supportive and engaging group setting for sharing stories and insights.
- Learning tools and techniques will be provided to help participants organize and write their personal narrative.
- A focus on self-expression, reflection and creativity.
- Learn new skills or improve upon existing skills
- Improve emotional and mental wellbeing
- Create fun, valuable experience for participants
- Create and/or improve social connections to and within the community
