It's summer, the time of year we like to stay cool and tend to eat lighter. That doesn't mean you have to give up dessert. Join us in this hands-on class as we learn how to satisfy your sweet tooth with delicious summery desserts perfect for your family or your summer dinner party! This class will open for registration on June 6, at 9:00 a.m.Level of Instruction: All levelsSkills Learned: Meal planning and culinary skills: how to read a recipe, measuring, mixing and cooking methods.
