Registration is closed. If you would still like to attend the event, we will accept walk-up registrations.National Senior Health & Fitness Day is a nationwide health and fitness event for older adults. The goal is to promote the importance of regular physical activity. More than 100,000 older adults will participate in local events at more than 1,000 locations nationwide.
Parker Parks and Recreation’s free Senior Stroll features a one-mile fun walk on a paved trail around Salisbury Park, delicious refreshments, socializing with friends and exciting prize giveaways!
