Description
It has been proven medically that movies help you in breaking the continuous buildup of stress in your mind. This continuous buildup of stress in the mind may lead to hypertension, strokes or high blood pressure. Join us every other month as we put health back into our lives at the movies!
The time of the movie will be selected as we get closer to the date of the movie. Tickets are to be purchased by attendee, NOT the YMCA. You may choose your tickets in advance by going onto their website or going in person.Location: AMC Woodlands. Address is 3128 Tampa Rd., Oldsmar, FL 34677.
