Add fun and excitement to your fitness routine in this fun and high-energy workout that will help you get fit while you have a blast dancing and sweating! Taught by and experienced instructor, Dance Fit combines great music and fun dance moves in a safe and effective class for all ages and fitness levels. Just show up, follow the instructor and leave feeling good about your workout. No dance experience necessary! Modifications given as needed.(SM)
