Description
Step into the world of Vincent Van Gogh and experience his iconic freestyle painting method in this workshop with award winning artist Rene Westbrook. Westbrook’s expertise and guidance will help you discover the poetry in motion that is Van Gogh’s lyrical style. Bring your own supplies and a 16”x20” canvas along with primary acrylic paints to explore and unleash your creativity. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to channel the masterful techniques of one of the most celebrated artists in history.
No class June 19. Students will bring their own supplies. Supply List: 5-16”x20” canvases 6 colors of acrylic paints A variety of brushes A color wheel (optional)Paint palette Water cup for brushes Apron (optional)Note: we begin our paintings in class, but participants are required to complete them at home and bring them back the following week for review and discussion.
