Description
Build. Cool. Stuff. This camp is all about tool use, creativity and engineering. Each day, you’ll tackle a new project with a focus on outdoor themes like camping and wilderness survival. We even build tools we will use to build other projects! Projects may include bushcraft knives, bone awls, wood batons, natural fiber cordage, hand-carved wood spoons and/or bowls, paracord survival bracelets or belts, feathersticks, leather medicine pouches, bamboo walking sticks, gourd drinking bottles, and rocket stoves. Guided by experienced instructors, you’ll sharpen your focus, patience, problem-solving skills, and common sense as you work. Explore the park, gather materials, and have fun while enhancing your creativity and technical skills. Call Coyle Outside for details about curriculum 541-760-0774. Instructor: Daniel Coyle
